Today, Kathleen serves as an Agency Development Manager with Colonial Life
Insurance, where she mentors agents, builds high‑performing teams, and helps clients
make confident decisions about their financial protection. Her work blends technical
expertise with a deep commitment to human connection — a combination that has
earned her trust across diverse communities and organizations.

Kathleen is also a long‑time entrepreneur and the owner of a veteran‑only cleaning
company founded in 2001. Through this business, she has created meaningful
employment opportunities for those who have served, reinforcing her belief that

Her career extends beyond insurance and entrepreneurship. Kathleen has worked in
